RMU 2023 Progress Assessment Criteria

What's new: In consideration of theprevious results and targets of technical assessment, the RMOC adjusted some of the scores to strengthen emphasis on the basic robotic functions and ensure the stable performance of the teams. We also deleted some repeated and false requirements.As for the Final Robot Assessment, we added requirements concerning the Engineer's custom controller, simulated exchange operation and dart system guidance.
